Dana Wilkie is editor of Nuclear Waste News. The winner of several prestigious journalism awards, Dana has written extensively about nuclear waste, nuclear power, hazardous materials, pollution and numerous other environmental topics. As Washington correspondent for the San Diego Union-Tribune, she covered the 2000 and 2004 presidential campaigns and the Clinton impeachment. Dana also spent several years covering California government and politics. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology from San Diego State University and an M.F.A. from George Mason University.

Tom Ramstack has edited U.S. Rail News since 1989 and is acknowledged as one of the country’s foremost experts on the rail industry. A former reporter for the Kansas City Star, Tom shared the 1982 Pulitzer Prize for local news reporting and also has won four Dateline awards from the Society for Professional Journalists.  A man of many talents, Tom also has written two books, holds three patents (with a fourth pending) and is a licensed attorney who regularly represents nonprofit organizations and disabled people; in 2002 the D.C. Employment Justice Center recognized Tom for his volunteer activities.

Michael Levin-Epstein is co-editor of Hazardous Waste/Superfund Alert, specializing in coverage of Superfund news, regulatory actions and site updates. A 30-year veteran journalist, Michael has covered a range of environmental, business and healthcare topics. As a newsletter editor and publisher, he was responsible for the development of dozens of new products and has supervised and mentored many young journalists. Michael holds a B.A. from Union College, a J.D. from the University of Illinois and a M. Ed. From American University.

Steve Rizer is co-editor of Hazardous Waste/Superfund Alert. A veteran newsletter journalist, Steve has spent 16 years reporting and writing about environmental topics and is an expert in hazardous-waste cases and decisions, rulemaking, permits, enforcement and new products and technologies. He also keeps a close eye on Congress, using sources accumulated over the years to track the progress of legislation and assess likely outcomes. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from George Mason University.

As co-editor of Clean Water Report, Jim Lawlor brings over 20 years of land-use law writing experience to his analysis and reporting of key wetlands law cases. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Jim joined a real estate law firm where he learned the ropes of property transactions and land-use law. Subsequently, he took a position with a New York legal publisher where he honed his research and legal writing skills, contributed to case annotations, and added to the publisher's legal encyclopedia. Currently, Jim also contributes legal articles to APA’s Planning Magazine and writes on state legislative issues for the association’s web site. He also is the editor of Land Use Law Report, a national publication.

As editor of Solid Waste Report since 2001, Andy Arnold is one of the nation’s leading experts on landfills, municipal solid waste, recycling, electronic waste and related regulations. In his 20 years as a journalist, Andy has worked as a reporter, editor and correspondent at every level of print journalism, won numerous awards and also has been active as an instructor of young writers.
